2013 C2ER & LMI Conference : "Mixing It Up"

Each year the Council for Community and Economic Research and the Labor Market Information Training Institute hold a joint conference with a different theme and topic. 2013's conference focuses on diversifying workforces and required an identity for branding marketing collateral. The identity incorporates various types of hands signifying different talents and/or demographics coupled with the use of gears to embody economic cooperation, shared progress and the vitality of each talent/demographic as a basic functioning unit toward a common goal. The iconography of hands and gears are replicated across broader levels of the identity system such as backgrounds and bullet points.
